In 2010, Steve started WhitneyApps to begin publishing apps for android-based smartphones. Our first app was CardDroid Math, an app to help kids learn basic math facts while having some fun at the same time. There are several more apps in the works so stay tuned. You can follow WhitneyApps on twitter: twitter.com/WhitneyApps.
I have been taking some of your 100 question Bible tests. They are very good. Do those translate into any
credits? Are they used for academic purposes? I like them! Good work! Larry
Hi, Larry! If you’re a Presbyterian seminary student, you have to pass these. For everyone else, they’re just for fun/learning. 🙂
I’m glad you like them!!
Blessings,
Steve
I’m a poet who’s published a book of poetry/song lyrics, “Songs for the Master”. I have a friend, Laurie Jepsen, who manages a Singles Ministry in the Southern Cal. area (dances, retreats, etc.). She wants a “Single + Passion” app at a reasonable price, if possible. Can you help her? Her website is http://www.SinglePassion.org, email onesinglepassion@aol.com. Also, if you have any suggestions as to how I could market my book (I can send you some samples).
Hi, Martin! I missed your comment so it was stuck in the “moderation” queue for a long time. I hope Laurie found someone to do her app. If not, please let me know. If I can’t help, I know where some people you can ask.
Blessings,
Steve
Hi Steve
I’d like to make an App for my Christian poems – can you help?
Best
Frank
Hi Frank,
Thanks for thinking of me. Right now I’m working as a 3/4 time pastor and I have a backload of work on my own apps so I don’t have time to take on any new projects right now. If you still need someone to do the app in the new year, please contact me and we’ll talk about it.
Blessings,
Steve
